Former adult film star Sasha Grey (\u201cThe Girlfriend Experience\u201d, “Entourage”), will present the theatrical release of Frankie Latina\u2019s \u201cModus Operandi<\/a>,\u201d which will open September 10th at the IFC Center in NYC, followed by a national release. Grey will appear alongside Latina and the film\u2019s stars Danny Trejo and Mark Borchardt in person at the theater opening weekend.<\/p>\n

\u201cModus Operandi\u201d revitalizes exploitation film with a kick of flavor. Frankie Latina gracefully praises art-house film of the 1970s through his theatrical collision of mystery, sex, spies, bondage, betrayal, camaraderie, revenge, and lethal weapons \u2013 it\u2019s just cinematically fascinating,\u201d said Grey.<\/p>\n

The film makes it way to IFC after playing at several film festivals including AFI and Cinevegas, and tells the story of a desperate but dangerous C.I.A. agent seeking revenge on the man who murdered his wife. It marks the feature film debut of Latina, who was named as one of Filmmaker Magazine\u2019s 25 New Faces of Independent Film in 2009.<\/p>\n
